feeling super burnt out ATM, sleep pattern is horrible, not exercising at all, just a terrible mood, life has been hard atm, and feeling super nervous about this one beat a day thing, feel like I'm gonna need to be a lot more switched on to make sure I can keep this up alongside all my other life commitments.
It's a self fulfilling prophecy though, if i get up early tomorrow, exercise, meditate, eat well and am productive, then i will feel super good tomorrow and would feel good indefinitely. why is it so hard to strike that right balance in life?!!!! i need the answers man
