You can make a warm double layer beanie hat with this free fleece hat pattern tutorial. Making a warm fleece beanie is easy with this beginner friendly DIY. All it takes is some fabric, basic sewing tools and the free pdf sewing pattern.
The process is simple:
Assemble the free fleece hat pattern
Cut out the fleece hat pattern pieces
Sew the sides of the hat on the lining and the exterior
The sew the top seam of the hat
Sew the exterior and interior of the fleece beanie together.
Turn the warm fleece hat right side out.
