Freddy's Nightmares, or a Nightmare on Elm Street the Series, came out in the fall of 1988, just 2 months after the most successful nightmare film at the time "the Dream Master" was released.
And today we're looking at the very first episode "No More Mr. Nice Guy", the shows take on Freddy Krueger's origin.
