Managed to finish a meme with having animator's block, i think lmao. This is pretty lazy, but then im proud.
Another villain oc, seen in Killing Butterflies, you could say he's the leaderish. Also he has abusive parents,your classic kid to villain backstory ;). Also his power's are hypnotizing, so it can be an eye or two when it activates. Im just lovin my villain's at this point o-o, i need to do other oc's.
And a little note, try not to expect me to upload like a lot, im goin to be slow alot.
