Part 2 of our Texas BBQ crawl. We visit the Legendary Texas BBQ joints Franklin Barbecue and Louie Mueller's BBQ. Franklin Barbecue brisket is believed to be the best of Texas BBQ brisket (or at least most famous), but Louie Muellers is an icon of Texas BBQ for a reason.
