"Behind the Screen" was a half-hour series hosted by John Burke that ran on American Movie Classics from 1999 to 2002. In October 1999, at least, the program ran on Sundays at 7:30 PM (with a repeat at or around midnight). I'm not sure how many new episodes were produced and aired each month, but this one focuses almost exclusively on the Halloween weekend MonsterFest programming.
In this installment, the "freeze frame" segment was dedicated to Toho's 1965 monster epic "Frankenstein Conquers the World." Other segments in this episode included a tribute to Vincent Price, an interview with horror director and MonsterFest host Roger Corman and a comparison of the 1959 and 1999 versions of "House on Haunted Hill."
