It is not every day that South African rock music royalty spends time with me in the SDP Show studio, especially when it is 8-time SAMA winner, Francois van Coke, it is extra special. A legend of the music industry, who after almost two decades making hit Afrikaans songs, is still fired up to make music, perform with his friends and inspire young aspiring musicians to keep grinding away at their passion. van Coke explains why he is now sober and believes he will knockout fellow musician Robbie Wessels when they square off in the boxing ring later this year.
