In todays video, we will be framing the bathroom and mechanical rooms in that garage. In a post frame where there is slab on grade with radiant heated floors, it makes even more sense to have the HVAC system near the attic space so cold air is easy to dump into the home. Should be plenty of room for the mechanicals in this added space don't you think?
