2024 Quad Junkie New Zealand Open: My first international race of the year and first international race pinching! When I made the change to pinching in December I hoped but knew the odds were low of being able to win a major title within 6 months, but 2.5 months into this new chapter, and I've managed to walk away with TQ and First place at the New Zealand Open!
Not only that but it was an insane battle right from first practice until the final race, trading new fast laps across the whole event, especially between IQ0 and WilfFPV. I'm so honoured to have started my international racing pinching era alongside the Kiwi FPV folk and many of our own from Australia. As always they put on one hell of an awesome show and were as genuine and welcoming as always. I can't wait to hang out with you all again.
A massive thanks to my parents, team sponsors, technical partners, friends and family for the support to keep chasing this dream wherever it leads. It's been an incredible start to the year, and I can't wait to keep pushing further into the depths of where FPV racing can go!
