Sometimes a single remark changes your life. Serge from Pyrodrone told Evan Turner at the Worlds in Turkey that if he started his own company he would learn business. That one statement spurred the birth of Five33 a couple years later. At its birth, half of the top 10 pilots in racing at the MultiGP championship were flying Five33 Switchbacks, quite the guerrilla marketing feat. Today, if you want to know the frame to race with, well, it's the Five33 Switchback.
Evan Turner was able to take his winnings and his name and turn it into an FPV company at the age of 18. More than that, he has a thirst and taste for wisdom from others, a trait uncommon in 18 year old men. Perhaps most amazingly of all, at 18, Evan Turner has quite a bit of wisdom of his own to give.
