Forgot to add some things: On third MoMe group be sure to get an empathy. That way you wont get it on last group and don't have to bother with it at top.
Also if you get a kd on Vos / Honor in Defend you can just wait out the cooldown, don't have to pstone for it unless your health is below 90%.
