Having a chronic illness can increase stress and for those living with multiple sclerosis, often an unpredictable disease, that tension can be overwhelming. Most people who live with MS believe there is a strong connection between stress and an exacerbation of their symptoms. These flare-ups can range in severity, sometimes enough to interfere with a person's ability to get through the day. We spoke with four millennials who have found unique ways to manage their symptoms.
