As seen on the Smile! charity album under its original title "Rebuilding Our City," Smile! has recently been updated and re-released. equestriadaily.com/2012/05/smile-album-rereleased-new-prizes-for.html They are still raising money for a village in Burundi, and you can get both Smile and Seeds of Kindness together now, which means 63 original tracks from dozens of brony musicians like myself.
This song is about the founding of Canterlot, brick-by-brick, after Celestia and Luna defeated Discord. It's part of a concept album I'm working on about the history of Equestria from Princess Luna's point of view ("A Little Night Music").

Im telling the story of Luna through instrumental music, and this track is right smack dab in the middle of her arc. Shes constructing her magical armor. This song is a sequel to Fall From Grace: Lunas Vision and a prequel to Lunas Redemption (from the original Seeds of Kindness album, which you also get a copy of when you donate to SOK3).
