So the Foundation Podcast is something I've been wanting to do for a while now, as with most things it tends to come down to time and financial constraints. However I am delighted to show you Episode 1 of the new Foundation Podcast with none other than your friend and mine Owain Clegg! As you'll see from the conversation, Owain is actually a staple part of my own BMX journey. So when I asked him if he'd be down with come over to my house and sitting down and have a chat about his life/career and he said Yes, I was absolutely over the moon!
Owain is one of the nicest guys you could ever have the fortune of sharing a deck with on top of a ramp at your local park. His riding career/journey spanning 30 years from Shop Sponsored Rider to UK representative for FIT and The Shadow Conspiracy, to killing it at over 40 years of age. Owain really has done/seen it all.
