Foundation Friday: today I’m testing the IT Cosmetics Do It All Sheer Tint Face Balm and sharing my honest thoughts after a 4 to 5 hour wear test.
This balm-style complexion product is designed to give sheer, buildable coverage with a radiant finish, and Ulta says it contains 92% skincare ingredients including hyaluronic acid, collagen peptide, and vitamin E. It is also described as a next-generation tinted moisturizer that starts as a solid serum and melts into the skin, with 15 flexible shades and 24-hour hydration claims.
