Traveling through southern France, we found a deserted stone building, abandoned and left to nature. The building once was part of an old village in the hills near Gorde France. Turns out, this area has been inhabited since the Bronze age. We came across this as we hiked up through the forest off-trail, following some ancient rock walls that were scattered along the hillside. It was an amazing discovery, I can only imagine the stories and mysteries that were in that place.
