Former Baywatch star Alexandra Paul and fellow DxE activist Alicia Santurio are facing trial for rescuing two sick chickens from a Foster Farms slaughter truck.

Wednesday March 15th saw Dr. Sherstin Rosenberg DVM take the witness stand for the defense. She's the lead vet for Happy Hen Animal Sanctuary. Shane Sutton, Vice President of Operational and Strategic Accounting at Foster Farms testified for the prosecution to rebut Dr. Rosenberg. After these witnesses, counsel argued over jury instructions with Judge Lo.
