There are 15 Barn Find Locations in Forza Horizon 6. Each Barn gives a free car. First, you must unlock the Barn Finds by increasing your Exploration Stamp rating (Discover Japan). You can view this under the Campaign Menu - Collection Journal - Discover Japan.
At the top of this menu it shows which color rating of stamp you have reached. To unlock the last barns you must have reached the maximum rating of Gold stamp. The Horizon Festival stamps are separate from this and aren't needed for the Barns.
The barns then get marked on the map with a search area. If you go to them before they appear on the map nothing will happen and the cutscene won't trigger. After finding the barn it will take a while for the car to be repaired, which happens automatically in the background. You will receive a notification when the car is ready in your garage.
You can view all Barn Finds under Cars Menu - Barn Finds (bottom right of menu).
