The Goliath is the final race in the game. It takes many hours, about 82 hours for me, to unlock it with enough experience behind the wheel. I'm sure people rush through the game and get it earlier, but I had looked up ahead of time how to prepare for it, and took my time getting used to the feel of all the roads, different weather patterns, and different traction on various roads. By the time I was ready to start it, I was really ready.
As you can see in the beginning of the race, the computer AI has a tendency to cheat with race leader, so I made sure to knock it out of the race early on by intentionally missing a turn and running it off the course. That way it would have a difficult time backing up and getting back on course, or glitching itself back in, in last place. Once I got that chore out of the way, the rest of the race was simple enough. I was nervous though, even with all the time in game up to that point, because I really didn't know if the computer was going to throw any curveballs at me and make things more difficult. As it turned out, that wasn't the case.
After the Goliath race, I spent a bit of time driving around to show off the skills I've learned, as well as just have some fun with a few other players. Even though I'm a PC gamer, I use a wired USB controller for racing, the PowerA Enhanced Wired Controller for XBox. It's the highest rated USB controller on Amazon. Racing games require pressure sensitivity with the controls, which obviously wouldn't work using a keyboard.
