• Forwards-Backwards Shift (F-B Shift)
Stand upright, feet comfortably apart (5-10 cm). Distribute your weight evenly between prosthetic and sound sides, using a wall or parallel bars to balance.
Shift your weight slowly forward, maintaining balance and sensing your prosthetic forefoot. The display represents the load shifting from heel to toe.
Monitor the feedback, and try to move the indicator to the front of the toe.
Next, shift your weight slowly backwards onto your heel. Try to move the indicator all the way back to the heel until you get an indication that the repetition has been completed.
Repeat.
