Fortnite added a set of story-related quests called "The Spire Quest" in patch 16.10. This quest follows you and Raz as you discover the secrets of the spire.
There are 3 sets of challenges, part 1 includes all of the ones released in 16.10. The 2nd set released within 14 days from this video (edit: it's now out, check for the part 2 video) and the 3rd set will be released within 28 days from this video. Completing all 3 sets allows you to unlock the Glyph Master style for Raz.
The Spire Quest began on March 30th at around 5 am.
This was my first time really trying something like this, so sorry if the guide isn't all that useful.

1:03 - Find Tarana
1:28 - Collect artifacts for Tarana
3:05 - Find the thief
3:25 - Play the Last Log and return to Raz
4:17 - Complete 5 Uncommon or Rarer Quests 2
5:30 - Retrieve the Cult Artifact from the Spire for Raz
5:57 - Harvest a wolf Fang, a boar tusk, and three chicken feathers for Raz
7:00 - Collect a Cult Talisman from a Guardian for Raz so he can finish the disguise
8:08 - Complete 5 Uncommon or Rarer Quests 3
9:14 - Don the Disguise and Strike Three Resonant Crystals at the Spire
10:24 - outro
