At the start of the round, the custom round settings tool is set up to do 2 things. It gives 5 wood and transmits on channel 15. The relay tool listens on 15, and transmits on 14. The 4 barriers are set to disable when receiving from channel 14. I know everything works, because the button I don't click in this video is set to transmit on 15 (same as the round setting on start). The button drops the barriers each time. Since the 5 wood gets assigned, I know the round settings tool is working. It seems only "on round start transmit on channel" option is 100% broken. There are so many tools in Creative that are either broken, or missing options. It's frustrating at times!
Work-around...
I came up with a working solution. I am using the timer tool and initiating it on start. It counts down for 3 seconds and then transmits on channel 14. This accomplishes exactly what I wanted and with 1 less tool in the mix. Now it is only the timer tool and a speaker.
