On November 1, 2025, Chapter 6 Season 4 came to an end. A one-time only Live Event, titled Welcome Our Alien Overlords, took place to close out the season and ring in Chapter 6 Mini Season 2. During this event, players witness the invasion of Kang and Kodos from the Simpsons and the Dark Presence.
After comedic mishaps, the invasion leads to the island becoming merged with Springfield, creating an entirely new map for the new season that starts later in the day.
