On the weekend of September 23 to September 26 2022, Fortnite celebrated its 5-year anniversary. During the event, Birthday Cakes are placed in various POIs that can be eaten for health and shield while various party-themed items such as the Pizza, Presents, Fireworks Flare Gun and Balloons were brought back into the loot pool.
