Lost Battlefields w Tino Struckmann | FORT DE REGRET AMAZING SURVIVOR FORT STILL STANDING @tinostruckmann | Uploaded 1 year ago | Updated 16 hours ago
Sometimes you come across truly amazing places, this one because nobody managed to destroy it during its 150 years. It was constructed after the Franco Prussian war in 1871 but upgraded several times until WW1. And something strange was planned under the fort, we are going to take a look in the hidden tunnels too. It was taken after a short fight in 1940, and abandoned again in 1944, returned to the French Army who guarded it from intruders ever since.
A small group of volunteers have made a deal with the French army to slowly restore and bring the fort back to life.
Roger Cook and I get to tour the fort as the first outsiders with a camera documenting it, by a really cool guy and a cute dog. This clearly comes under the heading of this you have to see.
Please like and follow it helps and much more history is coming every week. And all the documents and files are being uploaded to the website lostbattlefields.com where you can freely download and see all our research in the members area. And joining us on the website or patreon or our discord chats, all helps and we all collaborate here.
