This is a review of Formula Legends from 3D Clouds. I played the Steam version on my Dell G5 gaming laptop and my Steam Deck.
Please note, the frame pacing issue is caused by my computer forcing itself to update for the built-in 144hz monitor, which scuppers the frame pacing of the HDMI out, so I can't get a better video feed, no matter what I try. Sincere apologies - the game itself runs smoothly.
