A former roommate told NewsChannel 13 she saw no clear warning signs before Jessica Bowie was accused of plotting to bomb the state Capitol.
Zephyr Brennan, who said she knew Bowie for about 10 years and lived with her until last month on Hudson Avenue in Albany, told NewsChannel 13 the arrest was hard to process. Federal authorities announced last week that 35-year-old Jessica Bowie was arrested after they said she became radicalized online by ISIS.
