Former President Jimmy Carter has cast his ballot in the 2024 election.

The Carter Center said the former president voted by mail on Wednesday, Oct. 16. It's no secret that Jimmy Carter was looking forward to casting his ballot in the presidential election. His grandson, Jason Carter, told WCNC Charlotte's content partner 11Alive in an interview in September that the Democrat wanted to vote for Vice President Kamala Harris.
