***UPDATE. July 13, 2023. A grand jury originally charged Rinetti with forty separate charges in 2020. Rinetti pleaded guilty this date to attempting to obtain, use, possess, or sell personal information for unlawful purpose by a police officer, offering a false instrument for filing of record, and reckless driving, according to Nevada 8th Judicial District Court records. As a result of the plea agreement the remaining charges will be dropped. Rinetti could face 4 to 10 years in prison.***
