It happened last Wednesday night in a well-known gang stronghold and open-air drug market on a utility right of way in Langley Park.

The place is so busy that the nearby McDonald’s plays classical music over a speaker to annoy those just hanging around.

The Prince George’s County Police gang unit arrested 18-year-old Romeo Nolasco-Cuellar, alleging that he was in possession of a machine gun with an extended magazine, fentanyl, cocaine and cash.
