One of two suspects in a 2023 Federal Hill bank heist -- a married couple who are facing charges in the case for a second time -- returned to a Rhode Island courtroom Monday after being arrested in New York earlier this month.
Tracey Delgado, 33, is accused of breaking into the Santander bank branch on Atwells Avenue where she worked.
Providence police said at the time more than $400,000 was stolen in what appeared to be an inside job.
Delgado was released Monday following the court appearance in Providence after posting $5,000 bail.
Outside court, she told reporters, “Please get out of my face” and “No comment.”
