In this interview, Dr. Joanna Kujawa discusses her new book, “Alien Goddess: UFOs, AI, and the Goddess of Ascension,” which uses Jungian archetypes, ancient myth, gnostic tradition, and much else to present a compelling analysis of this moment in human history.
We may be faced with a choice. Do we abandon our traditions of spiritual development to instead create a new kind of ascension through radical technological deployment and artificial intelligence?
How does this looming choice relate to the gnostic ideas of the divine feminine, archontic powers, the demiurge, and material reality? She contrasts this third tier with the materialistic first level that dominates modern AI development, and therefore threatens to pervert our potential.
Individuals, she argues, can choose evolution over control through personal spiritual practice and curiosity about the miraculous, even as powerful and celebrated technological gurus and oligarchs are operating from lower levels of consciousness focused on manipulation.
