Fork Hospitality serves housemade pasta, pizza, and bar food at 3 locations in downtown New Haven. As online delivery became a bigger part of the business, owner and co-founder Matt Bailey wanted a system that fit naturally into his team's existing workflow. Over time, he decided on an exclusive partnership with Uber Eats.
With Uber Eats integrated with Toast, “the orders fire into the kitchen automatically,” says Matt. “[Staff] see clearly that it’s an Uber Eats order, and they see clearly that it needs to get packaged to go.” With less manual work and automated reconciliation, Fork Hospitality can execute delivery orders more easily across its restaurants.
