Carnivore BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger Lasagna:
Ingredients:
-1 Package of Egg Life Wraps
-1 lb of Ground Beef
-1/2 lb of Bacon (Cook & Crumbled)
-2 Cups of Sugar Free BBQ Sauce
-1/2 Cup Ricotta
-1 1/2 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
-1 1/2 Cups Shredded Mozarella Cheese
-1 TSP Paprika
-1 TSP Salt
-1 TSP Pepper
-Onion Powder (to your liking in taste)
-Garlic Powder (to your liking in taste)
-1/2 Cup Sour Cream or Unflavored Plain Greek Yogurt
Instructions:
-Brown Beef with Garlic Powder and Onion Powder
-Add BBQ Sauce, salt, pepper, paprika to brown beef. Simmer 5 mins.
-In a separate bowl, mix Ricotta and Sour Cream or Yogurt together until smooth.
-Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
-Grease 9x13 dish.
-Layer bottom with a little bit of the BBQ beef.
-Now lay the Egg Life wraps.
-On top of the wrap, layer with BBQ beef, bacon, cheddar, mozzarella and spoonfuls of the ricotta mix.
-3 layers should be good with one package of the wraps.
-Cook covered in oven for 25 minutes. Remove cover and cook for another 10 mins. Cool slightly, slice, and serve hot. Enjoy!
