Along with looksmaxxing and auramaxxing, Chinamaxxing remains a top trend this year with summer vacation the perfect time for overseas visitors to max out on all things China.

According to the China Tourism Academy, over 60 percent of inbound visitors say "experiencing Chinese culture" is their primary reason for visiting the country.

Alipay data shows inbound tourist spending rose about 73 percent year on year since June.
