This is an issue that has happened a few times on my 2005 Ford F-250 Super Duty 6.0. If you’re truck is stuck on defrost, check this hose first, it’s a simple fix. I’m not a mechanic so I can’t really offer any further solutions for a vacuum leak but hopefully this will solve the issue for you like it did for me.
