In this video I show details involving a Ford Explorer recall, 21R01, involving free replacement of the rear suspension "toe Links" otherwise referred to as "lateral links" for a condition caused by corrosion where the link fails and a loss of rear wheel direction may occur. The effected vehicles are Ford Explorer year models 2013-2017 Symptoms may include a clunk noise, unusual handling, a misaligned rear wheel, and a sudden change in vehicle handling, or sudden death on the highway from total loss of control. This dealer repair didn't go so well but we got them squared away and safely returned this Exploder to service. Watch the vid for more information.
