I had a few 7.3s come in last month that would run rough at random times. could be 2-3 times the same day or after 2000 miles. I checked and fixed the under valve cover connections but they came back. Both of them had the wires chaffed in the same spot on the valve cover. I figure once I see it 2-3 times it must be common.
