Force field and an impact effect tutorial on the force field in ue4.
Basically whenever we hit the forcefield with a projectile it will shake , create a hotspot and create a circle that grows and shrinks and it also create some particle that will come out from the impact spot.We are going to be creating the material , the blueprint and also the particle system in this tutorial.

Material Transition effect or Material burn effect. In this shader, I will show you how to transition from one texture to another. This can be used to make various effect for example a burn effect. Where a wood burn into charcoal and you will be also able to see the flame in the middle. This effects are similar to my planar dissolve effect and my disintegration effect.We will create a simple material function with the 3 color blend node to achieve this effect.

Hello Everyone, In todays tutorial I will show you how to make this materialization or teleportation effect. This is similar to your planar dissolve effect. You can use this effect to beam up your character to a space station maybe.This is a cool looking material effect that is also simple to make.

In this tutorial, we will be creating a toon shader, also known as a cel shader, in Unreal Engine 4. A toon shader is a type of shader that gives a scene a hand-drawn or cartoon-like appearance. It does this by using a limited number of colors and by applying a sharp outline to objects.
We will be creating our toon shader using the post-process material in Unreal Engine 4. The post-process material is a type of material that is applied to the entire scene, rather than to individual objects. This makes it ideal for creating effects that affect the entire scene, such as toon shading.
To create our toon shader, we will start by creating a new material and setting its material domain to Post Process. We will then add a Scene Texture node and set its Scene Texture ID to Post Process Input 0. This will give us access to the scenes rendered image.
Next, we will add a Brightness node and connect it to the Scene Texture node. This will allow us to adjust the brightness of the scenes rendered image.
Finally, we will add a Saturation node and connect it to the Brightness node. This will allow us to adjust the saturation of the scenes rendered image.
By adjusting the brightness and saturation of the scenes rendered image, we can create a toon shader that gives our scene a hand-drawn or cartoon-like appearance.
In addition to adjusting the brightness and saturation of the scenes rendered image, we can also add a custom shadow support to our toon shader. To do this, we will add a Shadow Strength node and connect it to the Brightness node. This will allow us to adjust the strength of the shadows in our scene.
By adjusting the strength of the shadows in our scene, we can create a toon shader that gives our scene a more realistic appearance.
The toon shader that we create in this tutorial can be used to create a variety of different effects, such as:
A hand-drawn or cartoon-like appearance
A more realistic appearance
A comic book-like appearance
A watercolor-like appearance
The possibilities are endless!
