Out on the road adventuring it's amazing the types of plants one can come across. Foraging Mushrooms, this time Morels and wild flowers. Elder flowers, and lilac flowers make delicious cordials and drinks. Vanlife Cooking or - what I can make in the van while on the road - I'm up for the challenge! Food, foraged or grown is so important to know you can feed yourself if might have to one day!?
