Yesterday, after 15 hours of flying, and for the first time ever on my way home from Kenya, the clouds completely cleared over Greenland, so near the top of the earth. It is hard to put into words how emotional it was to be so far up, between “here” and “there,” looking at this spectacular beauty outside my tiny window. I had my music on and my “shuffled” playlist choose Rise Up, a song I discovered and played often during my last year with Pluto. I cried and little, and then I had to chuckle that she orchestrated this little music video for me as I traveled close by. What a special experience to witness the magnificence of our “earth planet”spread out as far as my eye could see-I thought you might enjoy it. Thanks for the show little buddy. I’m back home safe.
