Catholic Charities Northside Child Development Center offers a program to help families with kids under 5 save for college. Through a partnership with Old National Bank in Brooklyn Center, each eligible family can grow a college savings account that starts with $500. Kids can’t withdraw from those accounts until they reach college age.
