The story is reaaaaally straightforward. I put subtitles in to make it easy to understand. Basically Sinbad and Belle have been friends all their lives. Belle develops feelings for Sinbad, but is dismayed to find he already has a girlfriend, Marina, but her friend Esmeralda tells her not to give up! :3
I pitched the song to make it sound like a girl and then realised the dude singing it (Jason Chen by the way, all credit to him for this larvely song) says 'girl' about 15,000 times, so that was a fail. Oh well.
This is also my second time ever working with text in a video, and my first time using subtitles to tell the story. So it's not something I'm entirely comfortable with, so forgive me if it really ruins the video. Dx
ALSO, I think Proteus's choice of entertainment for the evening was lame. Esmeralda's smexy dance in HoND - HELL YESH. Esmeralda's lame dance with a goat and a juggling kid - HELL NO. Also rofl at Esmeralda saying to Belle "tell me what's on your mind" when she's got a crystal ball in front of her, you are a pathetic 'psychic' Esme.
