As the most modern football stadium in the Czech Republic, the Fortuna Arena needs sophisticated pitch lighting to match that status. Slavia Prague has therefore replaced the old lamps with LED floodlights that are of course controlled by Loxone and meet the strictest UEFA requirements. The results are that there is significantly better lighting for the football players, fans and cameras a like. On top of this the switch to LED and through their efficient usage with Loxone automation the stadium has seen a 30% saving on its electricity bills. Plus, due to the lights being automated with Loxone it means that the club can now intelligently control them, switching through custom lighting scenes for different stadium uses.
