What foods to avoid with Crohn's or Ulcerative Colitis? The good news is that there are no foods that are going to make the inflammation worse or cause more damage with Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis. So, when you're feeling well, you can probably eat pretty much anything. But when you are not feeling well, there are foods you should avoid because they will make you feel worse, even if they don’t cause long-term damage. Work with a dietician to determine what's right for you.
