Mug Cake Recipe:
1 banana
1 egg (I can only eat the white)
4 tbl spoons of oats
cinnamon to taste or
you can add some cacao to taste
If needed a pinch of salt
you can also add 15 - 20 grams of unsalted nuts or granberries or blueberries


Mash the banana and add egg and oats. add a pinch of cinnamon and if needed a pinch of salt.
Pour everything into a mug.
put in microwave for 2 minutes
