Charles Brown, the suspect arrested after a high-speed chase and five-hour search made had a court hearing Thursday, but formal charges have not been filed.

Police requested criminal charges, including fleeing an officer and endangering safety after the Monday, Aug. 17 chase. Bodycam video was released Friday.
