This is my song FOND set to Surfing Footage to be used as an example of the song set to imagery. Please do not publish. It is for sharing only. I did put out my album on June 28th but am producing a single for a song called FOND and the B-side being PLASTIC FANTASTIC. I was listening to FOND while watching surfing videos which I do from time to time and thought it had the kind of energy for a surf video. IT HAS been a dream of mine to have a song of mine used in a music surf video or film so if anyone knows any fledgling surf film makers out there. By the way since FOND seemed appropriate I wrote PLASTIC FANTASTIC with references to surf adventures and the title is a homage to my favorite board ever, my 5ft 7in Plastic Fantastic board that I left in a dumpster in Hawaii. I might post that up too even though it is not finished. By the way, Fond is mine (with a stellar bass line played by Matt Donaldson) but the images (of course) not. The images come from a fantastic video: John John Florence and The Perfect Surf Film / Dispatches and also from Episode 1 of 7 / Hurley Presents "Twelve" : A New Series From John John. John John Florence is a passionate fantastic young surfer who rides for Hurley. If you love surfing you should check those out on You Tube and if you do not but enjoy incredible film making check them out anyway.
