No response to filings that appear in Lee County Florida public record and filed by certified mail. DUE PROCESS is being flat out denied in defiance of the rule of law and the law of the land. I have had party's served summons by a process server to which the Federal District Middle Florida has denied me a demand for trial by jury, have denied all request for hearings, refused to recognize a bone fide default, refused to hear habeas corpus, refuse to recognize the public record. I have been denied rights of life, liberty and property. I even paid the $500 filing fee. I can back up my claims and actions tyrannical government sucks.
