What does it really mean to follow Jesus?
As we wrap up our 13-week journey through the Sermon on the Mount, Pastor Adam takes us to Matthew 7 and Jesus’ challenging words about the narrow gate and the narrow road. Following Jesus isn’t about simply saying we believe—it’s about choosing His way, surrendering our lives to Him, and allowing the Holy Spirit to transform what we want from the inside out.
In this message, Pastor Adam shares what it looks like to follow Jesus when the crowd is going another direction, why we need to be intentional about who influences us spiritually, and why we need people in our lives who love us enough to give us an “inspection report” on the fruit we’re producing.
Following Jesus means choosing His way over our way. It means yielding to the Holy Spirit, pursuing spiritual maturity, and refusing to waste our lives with one foot in and one foot out.
